Being in an accident is a trying experience.

We are here to help you get through it.

The Kohn Law Group focuses on injury and wrongful death accident cases involving automobiles, trucks, commercial vehicles, taxi cabs, Uber and Lyft drivers, Metro bus or rail, bicyclists, and motorcycles.  We also specialize in cases involving slip and falls, pharmacy error and food poisoning.

The person that caused the accident should be covered by insurance to pay for your losses.  Insurance policies have a set amount of money available to reimburse your medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering.  Your compensation is not just about the dollars lost but also about the time you have suffered during your medical treatment or worse to your quality of life.

We never want to hear about a more tragic accident, but we know that accidents can lead to the loss of a limb, confinement to a wheelchair or the death of a loved one.  Our goal is to find out how the accident personally impacted your life and to be your voice.
